Responsibilities:
To conduct the Induction Training programs within the region for all employees as per the schedule
- Prepares new sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales process
- Designing quality sales training programs within budget limitations
- Oversee training material and suggest improvements
- Scheduling individual and team training plans on a regular basis
- Report on training program effectiveness
- Create an open-communication climate and gather team members- preferences for potential training
- Determines training needs by traveling with sales representatives; observing sales encounters; studying sales results reports; conferring with sales managers.
- Evaluating strengths and weaknesses to identify training needs
- To ensure proper implementation of the training programs as per the plan/schedule.
- Taking periodical feedback about the training programs for further improvisation.
- To explain and demonstrate various strategies as designed by marketing team to be used by the field staff for sale maximization
- Train internal employees / new starters when necessary
- Assess the learning and development needs for individual staff members and key business partners to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Open for travel to Domestic and Internationally
