Qualification : Diploma / B. Tech Preferred MBA

Experience : 4 to 6 Yrs. Preferred fasteners Industries / Surface finish Industries

- Create awareness of the product and develop the brand.

- Study & review customers' drawing

- Good knowledge of mechanical measuring tools

- Can do the feasibility study

- Customer wise OEM standard review

- New Product Development

- Costing Finalization & comparison

- Product Development status update to customers in coordination with the Production Department.

- Exposure to OEM & Tier - 1 Sales

- Organise and attend events and exhibitions.

- Maintain and update customer databases.

- Prepare Quotations and Feasibility understanding of customers' requirements

- Regular follow-ups with Customers for new orders and feedback on old inquiries.

- Prepare weekly or monthly reports for management.

- Good presentation & communication skills
