AUGMONT - Cofounder/CEO

We are looking for young ,dynamic and visionary finance professionals for the role of Co-founder/CEO with a strong background in the financial domain to lead our company. As a Co-founder/CEO, you will be responsible for the overall success of the company, including financial performance, strategic planning, business development, and team management.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement the company's overall strategic plan, in line with the long-term vision and goals of the company.

- Lead the development of the company's financial strategy and ensure its successful execution.

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including investors, clients, and partners.

- Ensure that the company is in compliance with all regulatory requirements.

- Manage financial performance by monitoring revenue, expenses, cash flow, and profitability.

- Continuously evaluate the company's progress and adjust the strategic plan and business operations as necessary.

Qualifications :

- A bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Preferably a CFA Level 2

- In-depth knowledge of financial products, markets, and trends.

- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
