BE / BSc IT/ BSc Computer Science / BTech / ME / MTech

Job Description:

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end process implementation, facing internal & external ISO 20000 / ISO 27001 / ISO 22301 / ISO 9001 audits, measuring & monitoring process compliance, generating regular status alerts to senior management and providing recommendations for process improvements. Candidate needs to have knowledge on tools specific to project & process management.

Essential Skill:

- Certified ISO 20000:2018 Lead Auditor

- Handled ISO 20000, ISO 9001, ISO 22301, and ISO 27001 Audits & Auditing Processes

- Having knowledge of the ITIL framework

- Experience in process implementation & monitoring compliance of projects, process improvements, and project & process specific metrics

- Imparting process-specific training

- Having sound knowledge of CMMi Level 5

- Having good presentation & communication skills

Desirable Skill:

- 3+ years of prior experience in compliance and audit

- Should have worked in quality assurance & process compliance.

- ITIL V4 certified

- Certified CMMI Associate / ATM

- Having knowledge of the financial domain

- Certified ISO 27001 / ISO 9001 / BCMS lead auditor
