- To implement an effective Compliance Management Framework to ensure operational risks and controls are being managed appropriately at the Business level in a proactive and disciplined manner to meet external, internal and regulatory requirements.
- Process Compliance Reviews and Review of Internal Controls on ongoing basis while improvising the existing processes through a structured Audit Framework.
- Design, streamline & institutionalize a strong Compliance / Governance framework for B2C Secured & Unsecured Business.
- Design, review of Policies on Compliance issues & high risk manual processes for stronger governance in B2C Unsecured/Secured Business.
- Follow-up on open issues & exceptions for remediation & closure.
- Train & educate all employees on Sales Compliance, Code of Conduct Policy & other key legal aspects in B2C Function to build strong risk culture.
- Ongoing liaising with IT, Sales, RCU and Audit teams to ensure all policies, processes, data flow are working efficiently and all required changes are build and implemented suitably
- Project Management - Run and Support Various Compliance projects. Work with specific business units to enable them to deploy solutions
