Audit Solution Manager - CA

- Chartered Account with minimum 6+ years of Post qualification experience in External Audit Domain or

- The successful candidate will have 5+ years of Process management experience in a Statutory Audit / Consulting, including building and leading a best-in-class process management team through transformation.

- Experience previously working at Big 4 firm or Multination firm

- Credible and confident to interact with stakeholders at senior level. Provide appropriate challenge when required.

- Experience of performing or managing audit work is highly desirable.

- Strong presentational and influencing skills

- Clear and concise communicator who can excite and motivate teams internally and drive alignment, trust, influence and buy-in with a wide range of internal and external audience

- Define the Process Discovery and Delivery roadmaps. Enable teams to execute in parallel on both Learning Plans and agile delivery of value

- Support Audit segment and ongoing innovation efforts with Audit Teams, and other forms of Audit teams' engagement activities
