Audit Role - Banking

Salary range : 12-17 LPA

Client is a well known Pvt sector bank & is rated highly among its peer group.

To augument its fast growing Inclusive Banking Team; it is looking for Audit professionals who have worked on Microfinance and Retail loans.

Role specs:

- Expertise in Microfinance (MFI) and Retail Loans domain, with a comprehensive understanding.

- Completes audit work papers with precision, documenting audit tests and findings to provide comprehensive insights and recommendations.

- Thorough verification of assets and liabilities by comparing items to relevant documentation, thus ensuring accuracy and reliability.

- Validate records of MFI and retail loans.

- Reviewed various loan types and reconciliation statements.

- Ensuring process being carried out / account reviewed is in conformity with regulatory and supervisory framework.

- Suggesting improvements in process manual / internal bank policies.

- Devise checklists and test the Business Products along with processes / procedures to foresee pitfall and bottlenecks and further ensure same are resolved in time-bound manner.

- Provide improvement / suggestions to existing processes / systems to line managers.

Candidate specs:

- Must be in a similiar role handling MFI and Retail loans

- Eye for detail and well versed with Audit process for the MFI & Retail loan segment.

- Local candidates preferred.
