As an Audit Partner, you will play a critical role in driving our audit practice to new heights of success. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of audit professionals, overseeing audit engagements, and serving as a key advisor to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Strategy: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the audit practice, setting objectives, and guiding the team to achieve growth and excellence.

Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for key clients and ensuring client satisfaction.

Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a team of audit professionals, including managers, senior auditors, and staff members.

Audit Engagement Oversight: Oversee all aspects of audit engagements, ensuring they are conducted in accordance with professional standards and meet client expectations.

Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control procedures and review audit work to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulations.

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expand the client base, and cross-sell other services provided by the firm.

Technical Expertise: Stay abreast of current audit, accounting, and regulatory developments, and provide technical guidance to the team and clients.

Financial Management: Manage the budget and financial performance of the audit practice, monitoring profitability and financial targets.

Community Engagement: Represent the firm in professional associations and community events, enhancing the firm's reputation and visibility.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

- 9-16 years of extensive experience in audit currently living in Mumbai.

- Proven track record of success in a senior management role within a CA firm.

- In-depth knowledge of auditing standards, regulations, and financial reporting.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Exceptional client relationship and business development skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

- A commitment to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards.
