Audit Partner
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Client Acquisition:
- Proactively network with peers in the firm and external stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
- Market the firm's services to potential clients and pitch for new assignments.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure sustained client trust and satisfaction.
- Enhance the firm's image through professional excellence, integrated delivery, and strategic networking.
Audit & Assurance Execution:
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of auditing and accounting standards, ensuring compliance with the Companies Act.
- Showcase in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Indian Accounting Standards (IND-AS).
- Lead audit assignments independently or as a team leader, ensuring high-quality and timely execution.
- Handle a wide array of audit services, including statutory audit, internal audit, limited review, tax audit, and concurrent audit for clients across various sectors.
- Finalize financial statements, ensuring suitable disclosures in Notes to Accounts and audit reports.
- Document audit tests, findings, and work papers in compliance with firm policies and industry standards.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead and manage a diverse team of semi-qualified professionals and articled trainees, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Conduct training sessions for the audit teams on various audit aspects and emerging trends.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance environment to ensure team development and client satisfaction.
Internal Control & Risk Management:
- Review internal control systems and recommend enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
- Assess adequacy of internal control systems by examining records, reports, and operating practices.
- Provide recommendations for the implementation of new policies and procedures to strengthen the control environment.
Industry & Sector Expertise:
- Utilize your experience in sectors such as manufacturing, real estate, pharmaceuticals, infrastructure, logistics, and financial services to deliver exceptional audit services.
- Prior experience with listed entities and assignments in BFSI, manufacturing, infrastructure, and other relevant sectors is highly preferred.
- Demonstrate an ability to handle multiple complex assignments simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective execution.
Qualifications & Experience:
Educational Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
Experience:
- 14+ years of post-qualification experience in audit, including statutory audits, internal audits, limited reviews, tax audits, and concurrent audits.
- Experience in handling audits for at least 10-12 listed entities in sectors such as BFSI, manufacturing, infrastructure, and financial services is preferred.

- Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
