- The position involves a unique blend of business development (50%) and execution responsibilities (50%).

Education: Qualified Chartered Accountants will only be considered for this role.

Experience bracket/Academic Qualification: 14+ years of post-qualification experience mainly in Audit background with leading CA firms / Big 4's Firms.

Team Size: 350+ employees.

Partners: 15+.

Working day: Monday Friday.

Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of auditing and accounting standards, with a focus on compliance with the Companies Act.

- Showcase in-depth knowledge and practical experience in "IND-AS.

- Handle audit assignments independently or as a team leader.

- Prior experience in sectors including manufacturing, real estate, pharmaceuticals, infrastructure, logistics, and financial services is preferred.

- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, demonstrating strong multitasking abilities.

- Manage and lead a team of semi-qualified and articled trainees.

- Should have handled at least 10 to 12 listed entities assignments in various sectors, including BFSI, Manufacturing, Infrastructure etc.

Experience: 14 years of post-qualification experience in various audits (Statutory Audit,. Internal Audit, limited review, tax audit & Concurrent Audit) of preferred industry.

Job Responsibilities:

- To ensure compliance with established internal control procedures and to appraise adequacy of internal control systems by examining records, reports, operating practices and supporting documents and to recommend new policies and procedures.

- Network with peers in the Firm and leverage organization-wide synergies to enhance itsimage and grow the business through integrated delivery, professional excellence, sustained client trust and consistent client satisfaction.

- To independently finalize financial statements and suitable disclosures in Notes to Accounts and audit report.

- To complete audit work papers by documenting audit tests and findings.

- Conduct training of audit teams on various audit aspects.

- Should spend good amount of time on marketing and pitching new clients.
