One of our esteemed client that provides largest professional service and it has wide range of business advisory services in addition to audit, tax and outsourcing services . The company has a great team who provides specialist advisory services to privately held businesses, public interest entities and the public sector.

JOB SUMMARY: -

The role is responsible for overall audit management, lead the assign projects by abiding company policies, ensure to satisfy the client & partner engagement for the organization outstanding growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE: -

1. Development of new projects: Prepare & review of projects proposal as per market & client standard.

2. Business Expertise: Substantial skill about Organization product promotion & marketing.

3. External & Internal Audit Management: Risk assessment, Planning, Execution & closure of Audit as per market compliance.

4. People Management :

Lead the group of team (Internal & External); from competency requirement establishment as per business need, team building , performance evaluation (In case of internal) & create the opportunity for appropriate training as per require skill.

5. Financial Ability: In depth knowledge of accounting standards.

SKILLS REQUIRED:-

1)- Effective Communication skill to articulate ideas, negotiate deals, persuade clients to take a particular action

2) Customer service skills to deal with clients in a professional and courteous manner

3) Sales skills to close deals and meet sales targets.

4) Relationship-building skills with client to understand the client's needs, and provide solutions.

5) Analytical skills to analyze data and use it to identify trends and opportunities to improve the client's experience and grow the business.

6) Organizational skills to manage multiple clients, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

7) Good Teamwork skill

8) Excellent Technical skills.

Qualification:

Qualified Chartered accountant, Post - qualification in audit minimum 4 years of experience. CAP/ACCA professional qualification or equivalent.
