Experience - 8-12 years

Job Description:

- Overall responsibility in terms of management & supervision of Internal & External Audit, RBI Audit, Budgeting Control & Annual Accounts Closure:

- Finalization of Annual Internal & External audit scope and assisting the external team in completing the Audit within defined timelines.

- Managing Risk & compliance parameters of RBI & account department.

- Annualized financial budgeting, forecasting & Annual Accounts Closure and set up systems to track and analyze variance.

- Compliance & Risk monitoring and highlighting alleged violations of applicable Rule & Regulations and recommend the procedure for corrective actions

- Prepare & maintain compliance calendar (regulatory as well as internal )

Additional Exposure: IT Audit Control would be added advantage.

Qualification: Charted Accountant (Mandatory)
