Digital Banking team at AU Small finance bank has Digital solutions team, which is responsible for coming up, ideate and get various projects, products implemented in line with digital road map of AU Bank as well as various key digital transformation projects impacting sales and business.

Job Role -

Looking for a digital product cum business analyst who has domain expertise of consumer durable loan preferred (else personal loan).

- The incumbent has experience in implementing digital products, solutions, projects and offerings for retail customers for consumer durable loans in a private banking setup.

- Candidate should be able to generate ideas, product and solution designs for taking consumer durable loan on digital front ends, research market to know how consumer durable loan is sold on website, online, assisted sales team journeys for existing to bank and new to bank customers.

- The incumbent would be responsible for product and solution design aspect for the assigned projects, these include ideation, execution and impacting of various ways / means of selling consumer durable loans.

- The incumbent has expertise in creating, acknowledging and impacting business requirements, documentation with the IT team / Technology partners / vendors, review of functional specifications, user test strategy, driving user acceptance testing, sign off coordination as well as user change management.

- Collaborate with internal (like IT team, Business team, enablement teams like credit, risk, customer support) and external stakeholders (like partner, technology vendors, etc).

- Assisting the implementation with IT and vendor tech teams by formulating detailed requirements, features, ideas, etc. Come up with ideas impacting customer experience UI /UX, communication.

Experience / Skill set required

- 5+ years of experience in Digital product, digital banking, IT, Business analyst, techno functional or project management capacity

- Implementation of digital projects across channels like web / mobile / tablet which are client facing digital initiatives for financial services organization

- Knowledge of private banking systems, process and products like consumer durable loan, consumer finance loan would be an added advantage

- Experience working with agile methodology. Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skill set and stakeholder engagement capability
