AU Small Finance Bank - Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts

1. Having experience on monthly financial closure and adjustment entries;

2. Understanding of Banks Financial statements like Balance sheet, Profit and loss accounts, Cash Flow statements and Notes to Accounts;

3. Having good knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards and Ind-AS.

4. Having knowledge of preparation of financials statement of Banks;

5. Understanding of Banking regulations especially applicable on small finance Bank;

6. Having knowledge of RBI returns submitted by the Banks;

7. Understanding of Banking products;

8. Understanding of general ledgers, balance scrutiny, trending analysis;

9. Preparation of MIS submitted to the management on monthly basis;

10. Understanding of financial management tools.

11. Handling internal audits, statutory audits and RBI audits.

12. Good knowledge of MS excel, PowerPoint.

13. Analytical skills, Soft spoken, Team handling.
