Job Responsibility :

- Create a detailed project plan and checklist for the launch of every new programme

- Identify the system /process enhancements/changes required for launch, discuss with relevant stakeholders and get the same done

- Establish a rigorous testing protocol to ensure that the changes done reflect the requirement

- Identify and set up all reports required from an operations and governance perspective

- Establish success metrics and communicate progress of the programme through a dashboard which identifies hits and misses along with corrective action if any

- Monitor the programme, success metrics, identify gaps and take action to ensure successful implementation of the programme
