AU Small Finance Bank - Program Manager - Digital Banking Team

The Digi-Banking team at AU is a bunch of young, enthusiastic and energetic people in the pursuit of driving a positive data and digitization led change in the financial services industry. With a passionate and entrepreneurial management, the team has been bestowed with the responsibility of over-hauling traditional business practices with the modern data and digitization-led approach in lending business.

And in the pursuit, we are looking for a candidate with diverse skillset in business administration, good understanding of data and technology and it's impact on core business functions and above all, ability to navigate and find innovative and novel solutions in an uncertain, fast-pacing environment.

This role will have the candidate engaged in the implementation and management of new technology-driven initiatives in all business functions pertaining to lending products.

Responsibilities

Project Management

- Develop project plan, scope out project timelines and prepare for contingencies for on-time delivery of projects.

- As per the project requirement, work closely with the operations, marketing, finance, compliance and IT teams to design and execute processes for the implementation of the new initiatives

- Coordinate with fintech partners for requirements gathering, implementation plan and subsequent project delivery

- Track all aspects of business - business growth, operational processes, process TAT and delinquencies and coordinate with internal and external parties for continuous improvement of these metrics

Communication

- Be responsible for various pieces of communication across teams and vendors

- Conduct joint meetings and conference calls and drive them to productive, result-oriented conclusions

Requirements

- An understanding of core business functions - marketing, operations and finance

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work in dynamic environment and courage to move forward on unknown trajectories
