Product related responsibility:

- Develop new Group Health insurance products along with Partner Product team

- Ability to work with Insurance partners teams like Actuary, Pricing, Products, Compliance, Technology to conceptualize and create new product propositions on LI for Bank Customers

- Performance monitoring of insurance products across sales metrics, report costs, commissions and general insurance reporting working closely with the Business

- Do the market benchmarking of Retail Health Insurance Products for business Team

Tech related responsibility:

- Has an in-depth understanding and knowledge of a few key business drivers and disciplines such as: underwriting, products, reinsurance, distribution, sales, operations, risk control, claim, and financials.

- Designing smooth and innovative Health Insurance customer journeys on all digital platforms

- Understanding of APIs/Web services / Tech platforms will be preferred

- Driving Health insurance business through website , chatbot and other point of sales

- Designing product communication on all digital platforms and Health Insurance sales enablement

- Making BRD for the change requests , new developments & building business testing scenarios and UAT execution

- Working with project teams for sample testing and managing end-to-end product/feature creation delivery

- Owning project scope, milestone, timelines, and deliverables and ensuring project progress through regular reviews updates

Digital Business-Related Responsibility:

- Identifying, prioritizing and delivering product/journey improvements to improve usability and customer experience.

- Understanding of customer segmentations, LI Product structuring, pricing, regulations etc a strong experience in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle is an advantage.

- Designing product communication on all digital platforms and Life sales enablement

- Design and drive Life business campaigns

Qualifications : BTech or MBA with relevant 4 to 6 Years of experience Life Insurance Product designing and acquisition with proven track record of delivery of new products and features .

Functional Competencies :

- Ability to influence people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions

- Thorough understanding of Life Insurance underwriting, Pricing, Third Party Pricing, Geographical impact

- Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills and willingness to ask awkward questions

- Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines and calmness under intense pressure

- Commitment and self-motivation suitable to a start-up team in a large organization
