Financial Responsibilities:

Responsible for P& L and ensure profitability

Closely work with Credit to ensure AUM and portfolio quantity is up to the mark

Share the trend reports with management on regular basis

Monitoring of trend of portfolio, business, sourcing pattern and highlighting the exceptions.

Non Financial Responsibilities

1. Designing & development of all products & schemes.

2. Research, Market Survey, Study and development on the entire product horizon.

3. Timely decision making on LTVs, Used Vehicle Grids, Rates, Pricing & products.

4. Changes in Products & schemes + designing newer products on the basis of market demand and portfolio behaviour.

5. Monthly products / market / portfolio / collection analysis.

6. Market Share analysis.

7. Studying market reports, journals, CIBIL & other bureau reports frequently & applying on our products.

8. Relationship management with automobile manufacturers + designing of subvention & other schemes.

9. Peer products study & publishing reports.

10. Frequent study on changing market dynamics.

11. Demarcation of negative areas / markets / products / manufacturers etc.

12. Manufacturer tie ups & strategic alliance

Compliance & Risk Responsibilities

Ensure triggers on risk parameters

Ensure that all compliance parameters related to Product parameters are met
