Behavioral Competencies - Responsible entrepreneurial skills - Succeed Together, Nurture Talent - Hard Work and orientation towards detailing, Industry Awareness Financial Responsibilities - Leading a Pan India team of experienced Gold Underwriters comprising of Regional &amp; Area managers for Loan Against Gold / Securities Business - Responsible for overall Profit Centre operations for the region - To spearhead the Asset operations for Gold loan for the region and achieve budgeted Disbursements with the help of his team along with Financial planning. - To Monitor the performance of branches coming not only for numbers but for portfolio quality, operational costs, Manpower planning, cost v/s actual thus enabling them to achieve their profitability targets. - To monitor the performance of the Portfolio based on Nonstarters and Early Delinquency and also Responsible for overall Portfolio of the region. - Reviews portfolio performance of various sourcing channels, different category products and specific customer segments. Understand the gap and help define product policy with the help of underwriting team. - Monitoring the trends in the Business, Risk involved in the products and designing policy and processes to mitigate the Risk. - Regular meeting with Circle teams, Cluster heads to launch/promote various initiatives/training and contest to the branch banking team. - Ensuring checks &amp; balances in line with market scenario, customer satisfaction through proper credit appraisal, loan disbursal, customer behavior monitoring &amp; customer retention Non Financial Responsibilities - Guide take training session on Sales process, strategies and incentive scheme. Ensuring that the end person should be clearly aware, understanding the scheme and working hard to achieve the same. - Doing the clear and honest deal with intact integrity, should not be involve in any kind of direct /indirect interest in the transaction. - Motivate team towards customer service and satisfaction. - Conducting the customer reference checks with utmost sincerity and maturity - so the goodwill of the client should not be hampered, or no defamation should be there. Be sure not to disclose any financial or personal information of the existing / new clients with any (existing / prospective clients) or to anybody outside company. - Nurturing the talent within the team, promote and encourage team members to perform , achieve targets, earn incentive, achieve contests - Compliance &amp; Risk Responsibilities - Taking responsibility of confidentiality of information gathered from clients , not to share any information with competition - Taking the responsibility of company information - not to be shared the with anybody out of office in any form - Presenting all information collected for any case in healthy and clear terms , not to present any information related to customer , property , credit check , reference etc. about any customer while presenting the case of profile in visiting or appraising the case - Safeguard of company assets provided for serving job responsibilities .
