Financial Responsibilities:
- To devise the Product Profitability by getting the right combination of yield and perceived delinquency
- To monitor the Third Party Product penetration and CASA performance on the Business Banking portfolio
Non Financial Responsibilities:
- To lead a team of Product and Portfolio Managers to plan for the development, marketing and distribution of the product
- To outline goals and identify potential risks, challenges and opportunities
- To monitor and measure the performance of the products after it is launched and to apprise the Business Head of the same
- To get the Product approved by Business Head, Credit, Collections and Compliance, after duly deliberating with them
- To monitor the delinquency at a Pan India, regional and location level and to reorient strategies with Business Head, if required
- To keep abreast with competition on the product developments and portfolio behavior
- To keep an eye on various industries to identify opportunities and threats, early warning signals
- To devise training module for the sales team and monitor its implementation
- To devise incentive programs for the sales teams and monitor their performance
- To organize customer contact programs for existing customers and prospects for better relationship management
- To assist the Business Head to devise the right product program for the segment the Bank wants to operate in
- To liaison extensively with Business, Credit and other business verticals for better synergies
- To monitor the portfolio to ensure that the yield and delinquency levels are maintained as desired
Compliance & Risk Responsibilities :
- To design the product program for the business to sell it, launch new products, after duly assessing and measuring the risks associated with the segment the product caters to.
- To make tailor made products for a particular segment after analyzing it, identify attractive and risky segments
