Brief Objective of Position & Its Contribution to the Business:

1. Interested person must has experience in technical experience in building the Insurance Market Place

2. The ideal candidate is expected to evolve and grow our suite of Insurance products to meet the changing needs for our customer through marketplace

3. This role will influence a cross-functional team and provide product direction to develop the conceptual design, market and competitive analysis and evaluate product performance to determine necessary product enhancements or changes.

4. Must have the capabilities to capture customer imagination for Life Insurance and design the customer journey with our Insurance Partners

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and develop the Insurance marketplace

- Selected right set of products as per the customer segmentation/ Profile from Insurance Partner

- Design the exclusive product or solution on Retail and Group Platform

- Drive the highest level of product penetration

- Design the Insurance product roadmap and feature set with focus on ensuring AUBANK stays on the leading edge of digital capabilities.

- Define product initiatives with new features and optimizations of existing ones, work collaboratively with business, Insurance Partner, Teach Team to ensure a unified product landscape.

- Integrate data analytics, product metrics, user interface & experience research, competitive and market analysis, and company goals to drive prioritization of product initiatives

- Understand, manage, all product related communication, Employees focused and customer focus.

- Manage all product related training along with all insurance partner to our sales team

- Organise and get the approval for requisite products from Product Committee

- Ensure all compliance related to Life Insurance sales process

- Manage stakeholder communications to ensure business needs are met, set and manage expectations through effective written and oral communication

- Track and analyse metrics compared to industry benchmarks, publish reports on product performance, trends and risks/opportunities for both short and long term





Key Outputs/Results from the Role:

- Achieve the planed tech development and product implementation to chieve budget for each Life Insurance partner on New Business and Persistency

- Reinvent the tech solution to enhance the FOS activation % MOM

- Launching of New Product or Tech Solution to increase the market share

- Enhancement of UI & UX to improve the NPS and over all TAT reduction in Policy Issuance, Leakage, Process journey, New Business, Renewals, Claims, Complaints, FLC and Customer satisfaction.

- 100% Complaint in all regulatory guidelines

- Design and drive the competitive R&R to accelerate the business

Job Specification (Competencies required to perform the role)

- A management Graduate with at least 10 years of experience developing teach based solution for financial management or personal financial management product experience with proven track record of delivery of new products and features

- Candidate must be from Insurance, Insurtech, Banking, Equity Research, Fintech, Trading or Mutual Funds

- Has the ability the manage the cross-functional team.

Functional Competencies:

- Demonstrable experience authoring business requirements, defining user stories and leading execution including bringing together cross functional teams within an Agile development framework

- Expertise in defining and building out product roadmap, prioritizing projects according to business need, producing business models

- Ability to influence people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions

- Thorough understanding of financial modelling, forecasting and tracking as it relates to product delivery

- Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills and willingness to ask awkward questions

- Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines and calmness under intense pressure

- Commitment and self-motivation suitable to a start-up team in a large organization
