AU Small Finance Bank - National Audit Manager - CA

- Non-Financial Responsibilities: Overall responsible for the management of entire central function audit projects and team members

- Overall responsible for the end to end delivery of all central function audit projects

- Compliance & Risk (Audit related responsibilities) Determine the scope of audit coverage, risk and frequency of the audit of the central functions

- Review findings of the Functional Audit Managers and present it to the Chief Audit Officer to help him take better decisions

- Perform the feasibility study and cost benefit analysis of the suggestions provided by the Functional Managers to provide a go-no-go decision

- Decide criteria for appointment of external CA firms and take approval from Chief Audit Officer on the same

- Evaluate the options of external CA firms for conducting functional audits and make recommendations to the Chief Audit Officer

- Review the reports prepared by the CA firms and discuss along with the Head of Business on the appropriateness of the issues

- Discuss the reports with the Chief Audit Officer and report onward to the Audit Committee

- Evaluate areas which may require special audit/ reviews and update the same to the Chief Audit Officer

- Implement a tracking system to independently follow up on the open issues and escalate, if required
