Dynamic, results-driven leader needed to play a critical thought leadership role in accelerating digital competencies within Bank. This leader will develop and execute Bank's digital banking strategy and be responsible for deploying superior digital experiences within and across the online and mobile banking platforms. The Head of Digital Banking will bring actionable insights to inform the digital strategy and identify new digital product/service opportunities.

Financial Responsibilities:
Delivery of digital banking P&L
Ensure delivery of product line wise revenues
Delinquencies for digital asset products to be under target thresholds
Enable more effective utilization of resources by increasing adoption of digital assets
Non Financial Responsibilities:
Define the digital banking strategy and vision for online servicing for the banking business providing an annual roadmap
Responsible for design and implementation of the digital transformation program
Develop and implement a consistent user experience across all CFG online and mobile properties
Design, develop and execute online digital banking products across assets and liabilities with customer journeys that resonate with the unique target customer group of the Bank
Leads and delivers a comprehensive digital servicing strategy which will increase online usage and functionality leading to significant improvements in customer satisfaction and brand advocacy
Build strong partnerships with the external digital and fintech ecosystem
Oversees initiatives to streamline sales, onboarding, and servicing digital processes and reduce associated product costs to attain operational efficiency.
Tireless watchdog for industry trends and changes in customer preferences
Build highly effective, highly motivated team of colleagues and partners
Compliance & Risk Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with all regulatory provisions and guidelines
Infosec certification for all digital properties and processes
Strong credit orientation for all asset products,
