Lead - BIU Bancassurance Objectives of this Role : - We are looking to hire a BIU professional to join our data team. - You will take responsibility for managing a team to structure our master data set, developing reports, and troubleshooting data issues. - To do well in this role you need a very fine eye for detail, experience as a BIU professional and a deep understanding of the popular data analysis tools and databases like python, Power BI, MS Excel. Daily and Monthly Responsibilities : - Generating reports from single or multiple systems. - Training end-users on new reports and dashboards. - Helping develop reports and analysis - Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques - Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality - Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining database - Interpret data, analyze results - Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics - Filter and "clean" data by reviewing reports - Work with management to prioritize business and information needs - Locate and define new process improvement opportunities - Lead & nurture a team of MIS professionals to achieve their KPI's & responsibilities - Handling deadlines, multiple stakeholders management Skills and Qualifications : - Degree with 5+ years of Experience in Data Analysis/MIS - Strong knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Excel, Databases (SQL, Macros, R), power BI - Handling Big database, data flow, MIS reports, performance management, incentives computations, R&R drives - Automation experience, awareness of compliances of insurance and operational definitions and processes - Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
