Job Title - Lead - Analytics

Experience - 12+ Years

Location - Jaipur/Mumbai

Job Purpose

- To bear responsibility for the firm's enterprise wide data and information governance, control, policy development, and effective exploitation

Key Responsibilities

- Work with C-level executives to establish vision, and to create a culture that treats data as a cross-corporate asset

- Identify and standardize the use and governance of Data in support of the overall global business strategy

- Be the corporate leader of data insights that help drive strategic and tactical business opportunity, and be a champion for a data-driven, decision-making culture

- Find opportunities to monetize data

- Use enterprise data to prioritize internal improvements

- Discover new, creative opportunities to leverage data

- Identify new kinds, types and sources of data to drive business innovation throughout the organization. Design a flexible, KPI-driven provider ecosystem & isolate a rapid prototyping capability to keep up with the digital innovation

- Lead the development, publication and maintenance of the corporate information architecture, as well as a road map for its future development that matches and supports business needs

- Establish /Improve the digital process, information and e-commerce platforms & Secure flexible analytics capability to be ready for Big Data

Knowledge/Skills/Experience

- Strong knowledge of Information Management, Data quality & Information governance

- Highly proficient in wide array of data tools and technologies such Hadoop, Teradata, SQL, Redshift, PostgreSQL, Vertica as well as scripting languages such as Python and R.

- Familiarity with business information generation and analysis methods

- Proven leadership and management skills

- 7+ years of leadership experience in information intensive industries

Qualification: BE/BTech/MCA/MBA-IT from Tier 1 institute
