AU Small Finance Bank - IT Business Analyst

Functional Competencies:

Knowledge of surround systems including KYC, Credit scoring, Document Management, Alerts, Notifications.

Oracle, Unix, SQL, Finnone etc.

Implementation and/or client support experience with a Banking Application is preferred.

Work experience on Agile projects, Implementation and/or client support experience with a Banking Application is preferred.

Should have been involved in Requirement analysis, Gap definition, Business Process Analysis & definition with Solution consulting

Attends to all aspects of work processes and products to assure quality, accuracy and completeness and are dependable, hardworking and accountable.

Takes responsibility and ownership for organizational, team and personal commitments including outcomes of incorrect decisions or mistakes and demonstrates the ability to assess probability of success and consequences of failure, encouraging others to take calculated and responsible risks.

- Analyze an organization's business or IT systems and data, and recommend changes to increase the overall efficiency and effectiveness of a department or an entire company

- Identifying the need for change in advances/assets business, assessing the impact of changes, documenting the change requirements and ensuring the changes occur and creating tangible benefits to the organization

- Business Process Analysis & definition with Solution consulting

- Preparing necessary documentations and Manuals/Guides.

- Support Banking Applications

- Understanding the business requirement and providing a acceptable solution to business

- Troubleshooting the business problems and resolving them into various systems with the help of IT team Compliance & Risk Responsibilities

- Ensure the current practices/business processes comply with company procedures and government regulations.

- Ensure efficient practices by recommending improvements in processing capability, user interface and security designs.
