Digital Product Manager - Motor
Product related responsibility:
- Develop new insurance products and work with engineering in an agile environment to build out new products
- Work with Product Management Team of General Insurance Partner on Motor Insurance Product
- Performance monitoring of insurance products across sales metrics, report costs, commissions and general insurance reporting working closely with the Business
Tech related responsibility:- Has an in-depth understanding and knowledge of a few key business drivers and disciplines such as: underwriting, products, reinsurance, distribution, sales, operations, risk control, claim, and financials.
- Designing smooth and innovative motor insurance customer journeys on all digital platforms
- Driving motor insurance business through website , chatbot and other point of sales
- Designing product communication on all digital platforms and motor sales enablement
- Making BRD for the change requests , new developments & building business testing scenarios and UAT execution
Digital Business Related Responsibility:- Designing smooth and innovative motor insurance customer journeys on all digital platforms
- Driving motor insurance business through website , chatbot and other point of sales
- Designing product communication on all digital platforms and motor sales enablement
- Design and drive motor business campaigns
Qualifications : BTech or MBA with relevant 4 to 6 Years of experience Motor Insurance Product designing and acquisition with proven track record of delivery of new products and features .
Functional Competencies :- Ability to influence people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions
- Thorough understanding of Motor Insurance underwriting, Pricing,Third Party Pricing, Geographical impact
- Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills and willingness to ask awkward questions
- Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines and calmness under intense pressure
- Commitment and self-motivation suitable to a start-up team in a large organization
