AU Small Finance Bank - Digital Banking Head

- Setting up digital bank on liabilities & asset side.

- Crafting right end to end digital products focused on CX and not digitally enabling banking products.

- Crafting & deploying a fully digital design, sourcing fulfilment, collections (in case of assets) & post purchase service backbone.

- Ensuring the product to process & developing and testing & scaling the tech backbone of the product.

- Craft a digital credit & Underwriting models in close conjunction with Analytics.

- Use digital marketing, cross sell and pre approved programs to drive virality & rapid growth

- Build a lean team of 25-30 people in steady state and ecosystem to drive growth and niche skills/capabilities.

- Ensure build out of an ecosystem with partners in fintech and other start up ecosystem to build a asset light and optimal cost model and scale up using the same model and remain ahead of the game

- Build a book of INR 10000 Crore in 4 years across assets & liabilities.
