- The role will have you engaged in the design, creation, implementation, and management of descriptive and predictive analytics that will leverage large set of existing customer data which includes their financial and behavioural performances, to create new insights and opportunities.

- As part of a small team, where your interests and enthusiasm can have a major impact on business direction, you will innovate using a wide range of analytical tools, methods, and platforms.

Responsibilities :

- Understanding the company data-schema and finding statistical/mathematical ways to use it for impacting company's top-line and bottom-line

- Identify areas of interest to the business, recognizing which models and concepts should be applied

- Work with business users in the development of models which have an immediate impact on their operations

- Acquire necessary data resources to create, develop and implement the models

- Proactive tracking of existing models- performance and incremental improvement

- Keep abreast of latest development in the field of analytics to enhance analytical impact on business performance

- Ensure robust documentation of models developed

- Work with execution team in planning & roll out of models

- Ensure integration of models with mainline operations and movement of code into production, wherever model output becomes a recurring requirement

Requirements

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Very curious people, who simply loves data and enjoy diving deep into the material to find an answer to a yet unknown question

- Being able to work with potentially incomplete data sources and cleaning data sets to be able to use them

- Advanced Degree in Statistics, Math, Engineering, Physical Sciences, Computer Science or another quantitative discipline.

- Fluent in modern advanced analytical tools - R, SAS or Python

- Substantial experience with the use of relational databases for data storage and analysis including fluency with using SQL for data extraction and management (MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL, etc.).

- Ablility to address multiple priorities in an extremely fast-paced environment.

- Being able to work autonomously.
