Campaign Manager - Customer Engagement & Cross-Sell
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Execute Campaigns: Plan, execute, and oversee integrated marketing campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring they align with company goals and target audience.
2. Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define campaign objectives, target audience, messaging, and budget allocation. Create detailed campaign timelines and project plans.
3. Content Creation: Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging and persuasive campaign content for respective channels
4. Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize campaigns for better results. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
5. Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and cost-effective strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
6. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal stakeholders, and partners to ensure alignment and successful campaign execution.
7. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to ensure campaigns remain innovative and relevant.
Requirements:- Masters degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully conceptualizing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
