About the Role:
- We are seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Relationship Officer to join our growing team.
- You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing them with personalized financial solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and cultivate relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients.
- Conduct in-depth financial needs assessments to identify client goals and risk tolerance.
- Recommend and present a variety of financial products and services tailored to client needs (e. g. , loans, investments, insurance).
- Open and manage client accounts, ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Provide ongoing financial advice and guidance to clients, keeping them informed of market trends and opportunities.
- Proactively address client inquiries and concerns, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and account information.
- Cross-sell and upsell appropriate financial products and services to meet client needs and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with other departments (e. g. , wealth management, lending) to deliver a holistic client experience.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Masters degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in financial services or a related field.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services (e. g. , loans, deposits, investments).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Active listening skills and a genuine desire to help others.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
