About the Role:
- We are seeking a driven and ambitious Area Business Manager to lead our team.
- You will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to achieve aggressive sales targets, while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic business plan to maximize revenue, market share, and profitability within the assigned territory.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, understand customer needs, and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales growth.
- Oversee territory budget and resources to ensure efficient operations.
- Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends, measure performance, and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with other departments (e. g. , marketing, operations) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Recruit, train, and develop top talent within the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's / Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a sales leadership role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of business development principles and strategies.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e. g. , Salesforce).
- Ability to travel as required (specify frequency/percentage)
