Overview: Attero Recycling Private Limited is a NASA-recognized metal extraction company and end-to-end recycler of Li-Ion Batteries and E-waste headquartered in Noida and a manufacturing facility in Roorkee, Uttarakhand.

Attero Recycling Private Limited is amongst a handful of elite organizations globally, with the capability to extract pure metals like Lithium, Cobalt, Titanium, Nickle, Manganese, Graphite, Gold, Copper, Palladium, etc from end-of-life electronics and Lithium-ion batteries.

The company is now in process of global expansion and setting up operations in India, Europe, and North America.

Given the pace at which the company wants to grow, it expects employees to go beyond their defined roles to accomplish results, cooperate and collaborate with other team members, and are willing to apply innovation, and new ideas and take calculated risks like an entrepreneur.

Position: Associate Manager - Events & Partnership

Location: Noida

Experience: 2 to 4 years

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define event goals, strategies and key performance indicators and drive planning meetings from start to finish ensuring overall success of the event.

- Work closely with cross functional teams such as creative services for event branding, demos, collateral development and IT/demo owners for demo status and equipment needs.

- Manage third party vendors such as exhibit house, production company, A/V providers, etc.

- Conduct a detailed post-show analysis with objective reporting on event success and improvement opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Creative and dedicated individual with 2-4 years of corporate event marketing and tradeshows experience, preferably in the sustainability, supply chain, procurement, high tech, or gaming industry

- MBA in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience (preferred)

- Ability to multi-task, be detailed oriented and very organized while meeting tight deadlines under pressure and driving complex teams

- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment

- Able to work independently and follow process with minimal direction

- Need to be available to travel for business events
