Our mission is to help businesses in this space improve their operations and grow their revenue through our simple & easy-to-use software platforms.

Position Description: Attentive.ai is looking for a full-time Marketing Manager: Tradeshows & Conferences to drive end-to-end planning & execution of in-person tradeshows and virtual events, and help promote its B2B SaaS products Beam AI and Automeasure.

We are looking for an experienced marketer with expertise in owning the tradeshows & conferences channel to increase engagement and conversions.

This person will report to the Head of Marketing.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Trade Show Planning & Execution:

- Identify, plan, and execute the company's presence at key trade shows and conferences, ensuring seamless logistics, branding, booth setup, and budgeting (~24 events annually).

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to manage end-to-end event logistics, including shipping, setup, and teardown.

- Ensure good exposure of the CEO and senior leadership at tradeshows with speaking sessions and panel discussions.

- Research and expand into new trade show opportunities beyond the US, aligned to long-term vision for Attentive.

- Improve on-site footfallwith innovative activities and approaches, such as integrated pre-tradeshow campaigns, giveaways and live demos.

- Plan and execute post-event lead handoff processes and nurture campaigns with internal stakeholders within the entire revenue function (SDRs, AEs, and Customer Success).

- Track performance and optimize based on insights to drive a 20% improvement in footfalls and leads q-o-q.

Publisher Network and Campaigns:

- Develop and execute pre-event outreach campaigns, including 3rd party publisher activities, to maximize booth attendance.

- Manage publisher partnerships to amplify event reach and drive high-quality leads.

- Run A/B testing on messaging and promotional strategies to optimize campaign performance.

- Plan and execute lead nurture strategies post-event, in collaboration with sales, SDR and marketing teams.

Webinars & Product Workshops:

- End-to-end planning and execution of webinars and product workshops.

- Help the team drive registrations to the webinar and be the key POC for webinar ops management.

- Track performance and optimize based on insights drive a 10% improvement in registrations and attendance for every webinar/product workshop.

User Conference & Customer Success Events:

- Plan and execute company-hosted user conferences, from venue selection, content planning, speaker acquisition, driving registration, budget estimation and sponsorship management.

- Organize customer success events to drive retention and advocacy while ensuring a high-quality experience for attendees.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5-7 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or trade show management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tradeshows, simultaneously.

- Must have a growth mindset.

- Experience running pre-event marketing campaigns (email, publishers) and post-event lead nurture strategies.

- Hands-on experience managing logistics, vendors, and budgets for events of various scales.

- Experience in marketing to US-based companies is a plus.

- Ace collaborator who works in alignment with product marketing/content marketing and other cross-functional teams.

- Ability to think creatively, write clearly and communicate complex ideas in simple terms.

- Demonstrable ability to create excitement, both internally (within the organization) and externally (audience/customers/partners) with engaging tradeshow management/campaigns.

- Excellent communication skills.
