- Overall experience of 5 to 17 years in Core Analytics across Banking/ Financial/other relevant sector domains

- Exposure to new age visualization tools like Python, GCP tools, Qlik Tableau and Data Studio and Looker

- Understanding of analytics tools & techniques including R/ Python from usage and integration point of view into visualization

- Experience of using Design Thinking principle in UI/UX design

- Ability to have business conversations with senior stakeholders, drawing agreements and good communication skills

- Idea of data modeling will be an added advantage

- Ability to work collaboratively with IT colleagues on Infrastructure and other design requirements

- Ability to think outside of traditional solutions, driven and passionate about design

- Experience of working in an Agile framework
