We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Communication and Transformation Lead to manage and drive our communication strategies and key transformational projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal and external communications, business and data analysis, and project management.

Please note: Role is based out of Manesar, Gurugram.

Principal Responsibilities:

Project Management:

- Lead projects aimed at improving business processes and efficiencies.

- Oversee the implementation and execution of transformational initiatives

- Monitors programs/projects from initiation through delivery and interfacing with various stakeholders

- Create dashboards to track the progress and outcomes of transformation projects.

- Provide regular updates and insights to relevant stakeholders

- Organizes project activities and interdepartmental meetings; ensures communication facilitates completion of the program/project on schedule and within budget constraints

Business and Data Analysis:

- Conduct thorough analysis to support transformational initiatives

- Utilize data to inform decision-making and track progress

Manage Communication for India:

- Manage internal communications to ensure effective information flow within the organization

- Oversee external communications in collaboration with the global team to maintain and enhance the company's public image

- Act as a liaison with the global communication team to ensure consistency in messaging and strategies

- Develop and distribute newsletters, prepare reports, and manage other communication materials

- Lead and coordinate communication-related initiatives within the company

Required Skills:

- MBA or equivalent

- 2+ years of related experience required

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Full cycle project management experience preferred

- Analytical thinking, attention to details, result oriented, Ownership mindset, collaboration are desired competencies
