Required Educational Attainments (Degrees, Certificates etc):
1. Post Graduate in Management Studies
Required Skill Sets (Technical/Behavioral):
1. Good understanding of the BPO/KPO business
2. Very Good Communication Skills
3. Proven experience in managing the Line HR set up for a BPO/call center
4. Proven experience of handling change management & Executive counseling
5. Strong domain exposure from a People engagement tools & techniques

1. Ability to communicate clearly (verbal / non-verbal)
2. Smart and Presentable

Required Experience (of what type, for what duration, what industry/background):
- 5-10 years, preferably in BPO/Call centers
