Roles & Responsibilities:

As an L&D Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Learning & Development needs of a specific Global Business Unit or multiple entities.

Your primary responsibilities will include addressing and resolving issues or inquiries raised by employees, Learning Managers, and other stakeholders within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

This role demands a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:

- Leadership & Guidance: Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members in handling complex L&D queries and issues.

- Act as a point of escalation for unresolved matters, ensuring they are addressed promptly and efficiently.

- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement L&D strategies that align with the organization's goals.

- Drive continuous improvement in the delivery of learning solutions.

- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Learning Managers and other stakeholders to understand their needs and tailor L&D solutions accordingly.

- Ensure clear and consistent communication between all parties.

- Project Management: Lead and manage L&D projects, from initial planning through to execution and evaluation.

- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Operational Excellence: Develop, organize, and maintain operational procedures and manuals that support the smooth functioning of L&D activities.

- Ensure that these documents are up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

- Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of content produced, including Knowledge Bases (KBs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and technical documents, ensuring they meet the required standards and serve the intended audience effectively.

- Client/Customer Engagement: Respond to client and customer inquiries through various channels, including emails, chats, instant messaging, and video calls.

- Ensure that responses are timely, accurate, and aligned with the organization's standards.

Technical Skills & Tools:

Bachelor's/Master's degree.

Proficiency in MS Office Tools is a must, with a particular emphasis on planning, developing, and writing operational procedures and manuals.

Experience with applications like Salesforce, ServiceNow, C-Desk, OnTarget, SDM, and Zoho is highly desirable.

Exposure to SuccessFactors L&D Tool will be considered an added advantage
