Job Description or Position Summary
Essential functions:
- Create Utilization templates for the Organization
- Update the existing templates with changes in activities or cycle times
- Complete Monthly Utilization reporting to Client and internal Leadership teams
- Work with Finance, Business and Client teams to complete the Utilization calculations and closure at the JV level
- Create models to reflect the changes in Billing rates mid-year and policy changes in utilization calculation
- Liaise with Business teams to complete the month on month Utilization calculations and Reporting
- Complete the quarterly closure process and share $ impact with the Leadership team
- Do predictive analysis in areas where future forecasted volumes low to work with Business for resource reallocation
- Manage the Utilization calculation and prediction process with timely alerts to the Leadership team to ensure Minimum $ payout liability at year end
Preferred Competencies or Behavioral aspects
Educational requirements: Preferably an MBA with knowledge of Finance
Technical requirements: Microsoft Office
Non-Technical requirements:
- Knowledge of Finance
- Analytical skills
- Should have sound knowledge of Business and numbers
- Knowledge of Capital markets
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Excellent knowledge of Powerpoint
- Project Mgmt skills
- Good proficiency in written and spoken English
- Should co-ordinate with Senior stakeholder and get the job done
