ATop Digital - Team Lead - Search Engine Optimization

About the role: Team Leader would be responsible for the growth of the assigned SEO projects and retaining the projects. The team leader will also manage junior SEO members who will work on search engine optimization and marketing activities, such as content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.

Responsibilities:

- Developing and executing successful SEO strategies in-line with our client's business goals and ensuring the execution.

- Weekly/Monthly reports analysis and creating strategies based on that.

- Manage SEO executives and junior team members and help them whenever required.

- Taking ownership of the project progress and making sure the project is retained month on month.

- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.

- Developing performance metrics on traffic, rankings, and other SEO aspects.

- Set up processes for SEO activities.

- Staying ahead of market trends and competitor strategies.

- Reviewing technical issues related to your expertise and recommending timely solutions.

- Brainstorming and collaborating with the team for new ideas and strategies.

- Communicate between various team members for task inputs and suggestions to ensure the timely completion of assignments.

- Send performance metrics reports to clients.

Candidate Requirement:

- Proven experience in a similar role.

- Should have knowledge of E-commerce SEO strategies.

- Thorough knowledge of Google analytics, search console, and other SEO tools like Ahrefs, and SEMrush.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

- Demonstrable leadership and decision-making skills.

- You should be able to build and mentor a team of talented junior professionals
