3. Compulsory google analytics and data analytics skillset (A/B testing & SEO tools)

4. FMCG/CD, handset industry

5. Tech post graduates 2016-20

What will you be doing ?

1. Product and Revenue : The role holder will lead the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to rollout, ensuring every step aligns with strategic objectives of the website and brand. They will define user stories and develop a robust, data-driven product roadmap that combines quantitative and qualitative insights and own feature development.

2. Website Tech : Collaborate with web developers and designers to enhance site functionality and aesthetics (UI/UX). Analyse user behaviour and conversion data to identify opportunities to improve customer lifetime value and site performance and conversion.

3. Customer Experience: Create world-class consumer experience for digital touchpoints such as website, email, chatbot, whatsapp .They will need to own and improve key customer-facing metrics and conversion funnels. Strong hold on analytics platforms to gather insights on customer behaviour, sales performance and website metrics to solve customer complaints
