The ideal candidate who can apply:

1. Should have worked on Flipkart platform or with Flipkart

2. Experience handling Vendor Hub, Seller Hub, Flipkart Ads & Iris

3. Compulsory team handling and project management experience

4. FMCG/CD, handset industry

5. MBA passout 2015-18

What will you be doing ?

1. Identify market trends, customer needs and competitive landscape to drive growth and profitability initiatives and lead a team of KAMs for all categories

2. Responsible for growth in topline, margins and profitability of the platform

3. Identify, plan and execute projects to improve ASP, Gross margins, traffic (PPVs), ACOS, conversion levers, logistics & warehousing optimizations, order returns reduction, payment collections, etc.

4. Strong long term planning competency to convert customers' insights from reviews into actionable items such as pricing & marketing initiatives and conversion levers
