Position: Head Customer Experience - MBA with good experience in leading customer experience vertical in a new-age organization Role responsibilities : 1. Head our overall Customer Experience Charter - This would comprise all customer touchpoints, including Pre-Sales, D2C platforms, After Sales, and support 2. Build the best-in-class Customer Support Function that may include verticals such as Customer Support Operations both on the field and call centre, Training & Quality, and Business Analytics. 3. Develop processes and practices that will help Atomberg provide a good customer service experience for existing and future home appliances categories 4. Continuously evolve systems and processes to support all Query/Complaint channels for our customers such as Voice, Chat, Email, social media (including Amazon reviews, Flipkart reviews, and other eCommerce portals) across all sales platforms 5. Work closely with software vendor partners to automate customer experience/customer-service workflows that lead to providing the fastest support and the most delightful experience to customers at the lowest possible cost (Ex: Chatbot, Response Automations, Service Customizations) 6. Guide the entire organization to become truly customer-centric by developing and executing training programs for all employees (across all functions) which ensures complete alignment on customer obsessiveness across the company and help construct a customer-first culture in thoughts and actions 7. Set-up processes to effectively manage the spare part inventory and eventually develop revenue model for the out of warranty products Role essentials : 1.
