Job Title: Campaign Manager DV360


Location: Remote (Work from Home)


Working Hours: 9:00 PM 6:00 AM IST


Experience: 3+ years in end-to-end campaign management


Job Summary:

We are looking for a Campaign Manager with expertise in DV360 (Google Display & Video 360) to oversee the execution, optimization, and performance of programmatic advertising campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end campaign management, from strategy development to execution and reporting.

This is a remote, work-from-home position with a night shift (9:00 PM 6:00 AM IST) to support international markets.


Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, set up, and manage programmatic advertising campaigns on DV360.


- Develop campaign strategies aligned with client objectives and audience insights.


- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for key KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and viewability.


- Conduct A/B testing, bid adjustments, and audience segmentation to improve efficiency.


- Work closely with creative, data analytics, and account management teams to enhance campaign effectiveness.


- Troubleshoot campaign issues, resolve discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.


- Generate performance reports and provide insights for future campaign improvements.


- Stay updated with the latest trends in programmatic advertising and Googles ad tech ecosystem.


- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of campaign performance.


Qualifications & Skills:

- 3+ years of experience in programmatic advertising with a focus on DV360 campaign management.


- Strong knowledge of DSPs, RTB, audience targeting, and ad trafficking.


- Hands-on experience in campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.


- Ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and optimize campaigns accordingly.


- Experience with ad operations, tracking pixels, and third-party measurement tools.


- Excellent communication and client management skills.


- Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.


- Comfortable working night shifts (9:00 PM 6:00 AM IST).


Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with additional ad platforms (The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, etc.


- Familiarity with Google Analytics, SQL, or data visualization tools.


- Previous experience working with global clients is highly desirable.
