Campus Hiring Leader


- You'll be our: University Relations Lead

- You'll be based at: Corporate office, Bangalore (IBC Knowledge Park)

- You'll be aligned with: TA Head

- You'll be joining our: Talent Acquisition Team

- Ather was born on the campus.


- A few engineers wanted to impact and challenge the well-established internal combustion engine.


- We believe the campus cohort is important in building the organization.


- This cohort is exceptionally critical to pushing our growth across Engineering, Management, and Design projects at Ather.


- We are looking for a Campus Lead to spearhead our interactions with Engineering and Management campuses.

What you'll do at Ather:

- Work with all the functional leaders to plan and project the number of requirements for the year.

- Develop and drive university recruiting strategy.

- Maintain relationships with all universities of interest, across Engineering, Management & Design.

- Work with the Employer Branding team, on the campus proposition and collaterals - including presentations, pitch documents, posters, and handouts.

- Maintain relationships with student bodies like formula Bharat, SAE Baja, etc. to position Ather as an employer of choice.

- Lead internal processes such as intern conversion, onboarding etc.

- Own the entire university recruiting life cycle for Ather.

Here's what we're looking for:

- Experience in full-cycle high-touchpoint campus recruitment and recruitment processes.

- Experience in utilizing data and metrics to analyze recruiting processes, predict future performance, and leverage resources effectively.

- You have built a targeted set of institutions from an Engineering, Management and design standpoint.

- Developed detailed recruiting plans for intern and full time hires through clearly defined objectives, outcomes and sourcing strategies.

- Collaborated with key stakeholders and early talent-hiring managers to develop and drive recruiting strategies and results.

What you bring to Ather:

- 10+ years of experience in end-to-end campus recruitment.
