Position Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking Presales Engineer to join our team and lead the way in promoting the success of our IT services and IT infrastructure offerings, which includes a focus on data centre/cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our sales and technical teams to comprehend client requirements, devise comprehensive solutions, and deliver compelling presentations that highlight the value and capabilities of our IT services, infrastructure, and data centre and in-country cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design, Architecture and Data Center and in-country cloud Expertise:

- Collaborate actively with sales teams to gain a deep understanding of client challenges, technical necessities, and business aspirations.

- Devise innovative and tailored IT services, infrastructure, and data centre and in-country cloud solutions that aligns seamlessly with client requisites and industry best practices.

Technical Presentations and Live Demonstrations:

- Craft engaging and persuasive presentations targeted at prospective clients, effectively elucidating the benefits and unique features of our IT services, infrastructure, and data centre and in-country cloud solutions.

- Conduct live demonstrations of intricate technical concepts, making them accessible to a varied audience and illustrating real-world applications.

Proof of Concept (PoC) Leadership:

- Spearhead the planning, development, and execution of PoCs that vividly showcase the feasibility and value of our proposed solutions.

- Collaborate synergistically with internal technical teams to ensure seamless PoC deployment and thorough evaluation.

Client Engagement and Strategic Advisory:

- Actively engage with clients to elicit insights into their pain points, challenges, and precise technical prerequisites.

- Provide expert guidance, strategic recommendations, and insights on harnessing our IT services, infrastructure, and data centre /in-country cloud solutions to drive sustained business growth.

Technical Excellence and Industry Prowess:

- Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to IT services, cloud computing, IT infrastructure, and data centre operations.

- Continuously enrich your technical knowledge to confidently address client queries, offering the most accurate and up-to-date information.

Collaboration and Strategic Alignment:

- Collaborate seamlessly with sales, technical, and leadership teams to devise targeted sales strategies that pave the way for achieving ambitious revenue goals.

- Effectively communicate client feedback and insights to the relevant stakeholders, contributing to the evolution of our product and service offerings.

Documentation and Comprehensive Reporting:

- Create meticulous documentation of solution architectures, intricate technical specifications, and PoC outcomes, catering to both internal and external audiences.

- Compile detailed and insightful reports on client interactions, solution propositions, and strategic technical counsel.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (master's degree preferred).

- Demonstrated experience in presales engineering, technical consulting, or a related capacity within the IT services, IT infrastructure, and data centre/ in-country cloud domain.

- Profound understanding of IT infrastructure components, cloud platforms, virtualization, networking protocols, cybersecurity practices, and data centre operations.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, enabling clear and compelling conveyance of intricate technical concepts.

- Proven track record in conceptualizing and delivering impactful technical presentations, complemented by hands-on product demonstrations.

- Innate problem-solving acumen, accompanied by the capability to craft ingenious solutions for multifaceted challenges.

- Adept collaborator, adept at fostering synergy across diverse teams to achieve common objectives.

- Proficiency in industry-standard tools, technologies, and frameworks integral to IT services, infrastructure, and data centre design.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.

- Flexibility for travel to attend client meetings and presentations as required.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CCNA, CompTIA Security+, CDCP) would be highly advantageous.
