Role: Project Manager
Location: ATC Gurgaon Office
New/Replacement New On-roll position
SUMMARY:
Project Manager will be responsible for managing small to medium size technology / functional teams at ATC. The person would be responsible for Project Management, Team Management, Operations, Development, Testing, Implementation and Support Services functions together to achieve improved business and financial performance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Should have 8 to 12 years of experience with 3 to 4 years of project management experience.
- Should have worked as Project Manager or equivalent position earlier with experience of managing minimum team size of 7-10members
- Should have a track record of efficient & effective implementation of mission critical applications.
- Proactively estimate, plan, manage, communicate and execute essential duties with a focus on the uniqueness of each project / application area. Design solutions for end-user adoption and productivity improvement, with usability in mind.
- Experience of end-user interaction for requirements gathering, understanding customer needs and working with multiple groups to coordinate and carry out functional activities related to any new development, maintenance, and production support activities.
- Experience in project management using agile methodologies, estimation.
- Monitor all development tasks including review of software development and application configuration to ensure technical solutions perform according to the specifications and meet defined business requirements.
- Should be able to independently work on complex configuration, reporting and other technical activities.
- Perform application troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem resolution while adhering to established change control process and utilizing change control tracking tools.
- Partner with the QA team to share project information and validate test scripts. May also perform and coordinate system testing and write and execute testing plans.
- Identify the end users pain points, design automated tools/solutions by taking into account industry best practices, and drive their implementation.
- Should have experience working in onshore-offshore delivery model.
- Should be conversant with PMP practices.
- Should be able to manage contractors and coordinate effectively with product vendors.
- Run projects independently from initiation through completion.
- Should have good hold on MS Office suite and relevant project management tools and technologies.

- Able to quickly and independently learn new business models, processes, tools & technologies.
- Good to have experience in Salesforce and product management.
- Demonstrated understanding of relational databases, data modelling and experience writing database queries.
- Demonstrated experience working remotely with cross cultural teams working in a variety of time zones and using online meeting collaboration tools.
- Person should be able to communicate ideas effectively with the ability to work under pressure, being self-motivated, uses sound judgment and the will to succeed.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- BE/B.Tech, MBA, MCA with8-12 years of relevant experience.
- Good to have PMP / CSM certification.
