Position Overview:

- The Manager of Sales Strategy will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing strategic initiatives that drive sales growth, market penetration, and competitive advantage.


- This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical background who can translate market insights into actionable sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.

- Identify market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategic planning.

- Work closely with senior management to align sales strategy with overall business objectives.

Market Analysis:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of market conditions, customer behavior, and competitor activities.

- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.

- Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies as necessary.

Sales Process Optimization:

- Evaluate and refine the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

- Implement tools and technologies that enhance the sales team's productivity.

- Develop metrics to measure and improve the effectiveness of sales strategies.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor a team of sales strategists and analysts.

- Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and results.

- Provide regular feedback and development opportunities to team members.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product Development, Finance) to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company goals.

- Partner with Sales Operations to ensure effective implementation and execution of strategies.

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive sales initiatives and programs.

Reporting and Analysis:

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales strategy.

- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership on a regular basis.

- Use data-driven insights to continuously refine and improve sales strategies.
