- Owner of New Product Development Process (PI2M) for assigned product group.
- Owner of Successful launch process for New Products.
- Getting trials conducted through Product Specialists/ Field team
- To improve Margins of products and all SKU (identified) through Marketing initiatives
- Achievement of Sales Objectives for New and Volume Building Products
- Understanding the market need and behavior by interacting with end users, sales and field marketing team and propose strategy for market development, product development
- Product Complaint Management
- Monitoring of sales for assigned product and ensuring stock availability
- Product & trend analysis in the market
- Maintain comprehensive and current understanding of competition
- Collecting feedback from the market, end users on product performance, branding initiatives etc
- Forecast the market demand and communicate the same to sales and team
- Organise and participate in Trade Shows to generate demand and visibility
- Create Marketing collaterals for print
- Development of Selling Aids/Tools including videos, flyers, recipes, content, etc.
- Manages the A&SP projects for the Division
- Work with Machine Manufacturers for product endorsement and approval
- Create and design new loyalty programs for users
