Role Description:

This is a full-time role as a Category Head at Astral Adhesives, located in Mumbai. As the Category Head, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of product categories. This includes managing the product lifecycle, identifying market opportunities, analyzing consumer trends, setting pricing strategies, and developing promotional and marketing activities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product performance and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in category management, product management, or related roles

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent knowledge of the adhesive industry and market trends

- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans

- Experience in managing product lifecycles and conducting market research

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
